I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, and founder of Kenshō Counseling in West Los Angeles, where I work with men battling sex, porn, and love addiction, emotional disconnection, and relational chaos. I specialize in helping men, women and couples break free from destructive cycles of secrecy, shame, and self-sabotage.
I also work with high-profile clients in the entertainment industry, film, TV, and music who need absolute discretion and confidentiality. I understand the unique pressures of public life and provide a space where privacy is protected, referrals are trusted, and healing can actually happen.
Alongside individual therapy, I offer high-impact couples therapy, helping partners rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect after betrayal, infidelity, or emotional drift. I also run a virtual Men’s Sex Addiction Process Group, bringing together men who are ready to stop hiding, face their struggles head-on, and support one another in recovery.
My style is direct, real, and grounded in lived experience, not just theory. I’ve been sober since 2008, after years of addiction, incarceration, and hitting bottom. I rebuilt my life from a GED earned in jail to an MSW and a career leading clinical teams across California. I’ve worked as a Clinical Director, built programs on Skid Row, and helped run treatment centers in Los Angeles. Now, I bring that experience into every session, helping clients go deeper and create lasting change.
I use two-person psychology, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to guide the work. But what makes this different is that I know what it’s like to sit in the other chair. This isn’t about performance or pretending, it’s about doing the inner work, facing the truth, and building a life that’s real.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I draw from my own lived experience in long-term recovery, combining it with evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and two-person psychology.
